Briefly put, Hiroshi Nozaki recently arrested for killing a young Filipina woman has informed police of the whereabouts of the body of a 27 year old woman he killed in 1999.
He had been arrested and served time in jail for the 1999 case, however since there was no body, he was put away for illigal disposal of a corpse (yes, despite the lack of a body).
He had recently admitted to murdering the woman in 1999 and has finally told police that he disposed of the body in a canal in Yokohama. He is currently being held for murdering and dismembering the body of 22 year old Honiefith Ratilla Kamiosawa in April.
