Rio Hirai is an announcer with Fuji TV who has appeared in some dramas, tv shows, and done some modeling.
She is also an announcer who seems to have a penchant for wearing sexy clothes when interviewing young budding sports superstars. Yusei Kikuchi is a very young, promising pitcher who was recently drafted by the Seibu Lions. During the course of the interview with Rio Hirai, he does all his 18 year old self can do not to look too much, but you can hardly blame him.
If Kikuchi is as successful in Japan as many think, there is a good chance he’ll be headed to the majors in the U.S. someday. I’m sure he’ll be able to concentrate on the interviews much better in the US than in Japan.
